How it is priced
One all-inclusive rate, quoted before you travel. Tolls, taxes, parking, airport fees, the standard waiting allowance and gratuity are inside the number. Extra stops and waiting beyond the free allowance are shown separately on the quote before you confirm, never added afterwards.
