Privacy notice

This notice explains what LimoWorldwide.Services collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

  • Booking details — name, email, phone, pickup and destination addresses, flight or tail numbers, passenger count and any instructions you give us.
  • Enquiry details — whatever you type into the contact form.
  • Technical data — standard web-server logs, including IP address and browser, retained for security and troubleshooting.

Why we hold it

To quote, confirm and deliver the journey you asked for, to answer your enquiry, to meet our legal and insurance obligations, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your booking details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Reservations are processed through our booking provider, MyLimoBiz, whose reservation form is embedded on this site. Where a journey is fulfilled by a partner operator inside the LWD or LAI networks, that operator receives only what is needed to complete it — typically your name, contact number, timings and addresses. Payment card details are handled by the booking provider and its payment processor; we do not store them.

Our other processors are Tawk.to for live chat, Google Analytics for aggregate site statistics, and our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs. Travel booked through our partner BookingWorldwide.Net is subject to their own privacy notice as well as this one.

Live chat

The chat window on this site is provided by Tawk.to. When you open a chat, the messages you send, your approximate location derived from your IP address and basic details about your browser are processed by Tawk.to on our behalf so an agent can answer you, and the transcript is retained with the enquiry. Please do not send card numbers or other payment details through chat — use the booking system or call the desk instead. If you would rather not use chat at all, the contact form and the telephone number reach the same people.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not sell or share your data for advertising. Three third parties set cookies here, each for a working purpose:

  • The reservation system (MyLimoBiz) sets the cookies it needs to keep your booking session working while you complete it.
  • Google Analytics 4 is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are handled by Google in accordance with their processing terms, and we do not use the data to identify individuals.
  • Tawk.to sets cookies to keep a chat conversation attached to you across pages so you do not have to start again.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop the reservation form or the chat window from working properly; the rest of the site is unaffected.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for as long as tax, insurance and liability obligations require, and enquiries that do not become bookings are removed once they are closed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@limoworldwide.services and we will respond within 30 days.
