Everything, answered
Which airports do you cover?
We arrange chauffeured transfers at every scheduled-service airport with an IATA code — 1,148 of them across six continents — plus 183 business-aviation gateways, all listed in full on the airports and private aviation pages. Where we do not garage our own vehicles we dispatch through vetted operators inside the Limousine Worldwide Directory and Limousine Association International networks, working to the same written brief.
How does flight tracking work?
Give us the flight number when you book and we monitor the inbound aircraft, moving the pickup time automatically if it is early or late. International arrivals include sixty minutes of free waiting and domestic arrivals thirty. For private aviation we track the tail number instead and coordinate directly with your FBO or flight department.
Can the chauffeur meet me inside the terminal?
Yes. A meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is included on request at no extra charge. Airside and jet-bridge meets are available at airports whose rules permit them, and a uniformed greeter can assist through immigration and baggage where local regulations allow — see Meet & Greet On Demand.
Do you meet private aircraft on the ramp?
Where the FBO authorises ramp access, yes — the vehicle is staged so it is planeside as the airstairs come down. Where it does not, we meet in the FBO lounge. We coordinate with line service directly and work from the tail number, so a tech stop or an early release does not need to be relayed by the passenger.
What is included in the price?
Tolls, taxes, parking, fuel, airport fees, the standard waiting allowance and gratuity are all inside the quoted rate. Extra stops, additional waiting beyond the free allowance, and any tolls incurred by a route you request are shown separately on the quote before you confirm.
How far in advance should I book?
Standard transfers can usually be confirmed a few hours ahead, and often sooner. Stretch limousines, motorcoaches, accessible vehicles, event programmes and anything involving multiple vehicles should be booked as far ahead as you can — for roadshows, productions and team travel we would rather plan the manifest than fill it in a hurry.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour rather than per journey?
Yes, and for most days with more than one stop it works out better. Hourly chauffeur hire keeps the same vehicle and the same chauffeur with you for a block of hours, so the itinerary can change without anything being re-quoted and your luggage stays in the car between stops. The minimum is normally three hours and is stated on the quote.
Do you offer a monthly chauffeur on retainer?
Yes. Our Monthly Private Chauffeur service assigns a named chauffeur and a dedicated vehicle to you for an agreed block of hours each month — used by C-level executives who need a driver who knows the diary, and by families who want the same trusted person for school runs, appointments and airport collections. It includes relief cover for rest days and holidays, one monthly invoice, and non-disclosure as standard. Contact the desk and we will scope the hours and the rate with you.
Can we open a corporate or production account?
Yes. Corporate, production, hotel and concierge accounts get consolidated invoicing, cost-centre or department coding, traveller profiles and a named account contact. Contact us and we will set the account up and agree the service standard in writing before the first booking.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Every chauffeur is licensed and insured for the vehicle class they drive, background checked, and briefed on the standards of the Limousine Worldwide Directory and the Limousine Association International, of which we are a member. Chauffeurs assigned to production, touring, team and protection work are vetted for that work specifically and are bound by non-disclosure.
Do you handle cruise embarkation and disembarkation?
Yes, at the major cruise terminals listed on the cruise and ports page. We work to the ship’s schedule rather than the brochure’s, meet at the terminal’s designated pickup zone, and build the customs and disembarkation queue into the timing of the onward airport leg rather than discovering it on the day.
Can you book my flights and hotels as well?
Our partner BookingWorldwide.Net handles flights, hotels, resorts, activities and complete packages. Booking both through the network means the transfer times are built from the actual flight times rather than copied across by hand.
